Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Sideline Squares collects and how it's used. The app is run by Beach Break Apps (currently operating as Welcome To Bowling LLC), St. Petersburg, Florida.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your nickname.
• Your contest entries and picks.
• How you sign in (email, Google or Apple).
• Basic usage info, like when you were last active, so we can keep the app running.

Who can see what

• Other players see your nickname. If you leave your nickname blank, they see the name you entered. Your email is never shown to other players.
• Contest hosts and app admins can see both your nickname and the name you entered. Only app admins can see your email.

Support access

Sideline Squares staff may view accounts and contests to provide support, fix problems, and keep contests fair. Any change staff make to a contest is logged and shown in that contest's activity.

Payments

Host plan payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Services we use

• Emails are sent through our email provider.
• Your data is hosted with our cloud database provider.
• If you sign in with Google or Apple, we use that information only to sign you in.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.

Emails

You choose which emails you get in Settings: game emails (reminders and results), host announcements and product updates. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Deleting your account

Go to Settings → Delete my account. This removes your profile and sign-in. Your past entries stay under an anonymized contest name so other players' results don't break.
